I am a first time patient with this team. I had a morning appt and when I arrived there was a process the team was going through to set up for the day. The delay was not long (~15 min), but I spoke up when I grew concerned about the impact to my other looming tasks.
From reception to doctor consultation, every member of staff was responsive and addressed my timing concerns with politeness and courtesy. I appreciated their approach very much.
As for the visit, all of my interactions with the team was on point. The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. Dr. Nosti was concise in addressing what he saw in my scans, but detailed enough to give me confidence I am making an informed/educated decision regarding the proposed course(s) of action. His assistant (who took my scans) is personable/conversational with a pleasant disposition.
Billing discussion (i.e. insurance and personal financial responsibility) was very clear and the coordinator doubled as appt scheduler, which made the visit more efficient. In summary, I think I made the right choice to be a patient within this dental group.
